400;\">Osnovni cilj izobra\u017eevanja je razvijanje zmo\u017enosti kriti\u010dne refleksije, zmo\u017enosti sistemati\u010dnega analiziranja ter (sprotnega in kon\u010dnega) evalviranja u\u010dinkovitosti timskega dela v razli\u010dnih kontekstih. Izobra\u017eevanje bo vklju\u010devalo utemeljitev timskega pristopa z vidika njegovih prednosti, na\u010del in psiholo\u0161kih procesov. Predstavljene bodo psiholo\u0161ke zna\u010dilnosti u\u010dinkovitega timskega dela in timov v posameznih razvojnih obdobjih. V okviru razli\u010dnih vrst individualiziranega in personificiranega u\u010denja v timu bodo podane usmeritve za kriti\u010dno refleksijo in spremljanje ter (samo)evalvacijo dogajanja v timu \u2013 v vsaki od treh etap timskega dela, tj. pri timskem na\u010drtovanju, timskem izvajanju\/pou\u010devanju in timski evalvaciji. Izpostavljene bodo razlike v zaupanju, komunikaciji, vedenju in ravnanju itd. v u\u010dinkovitih in neu\u010dinkovitih timih ter u\u010dinki destruktivnih procesov in neza\u017eelenih strategij re\u0161evanja problemov in konfliktov v timu. Usposabljanje bo naravnano k neposredni aplikaciji strokovnih spoznanj v lastno delovno prakso ter podprto z osebnimi in raziskovalnimi spoznanji izvajalke pri spremljanju timov v vzgoji in izobra\u017eevanju. Predstavljeni bodo tudi nekateri avtorsko oblikovani pripomo\u010dki za spremljanje lastnega timskega dela, za sistemati\u010dno ozave\u0161\u010danje prednosti in te\u017eav, ki spremljajo timsko delo, za analizo spretnosti timskega dela \u010dlanov tima, stali\u0161\u010d do njega, osebnega zaupanja, \u010dustvene kompetentnosti in vlog \u010dlanov tima. Vsak udele\u017eenec bo spodbujen, da vsebino izobra\u017eevanja aplicira na svoje delovno podro\u010dje in jo v interaktivnih oblikah dela (izmenjava v paru, skupinsko delo, diskusija) kriti\u010dno reflektira tudi glede na razli\u010dne delovne kontekste (npr. strokovno, pedago\u0161ko, projektno, raziskovalno timsko delo).<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Usposabljanje je primerno za vse visoko\u0161olske u\u010ditelje in sodelavce, raziskovalce ter strokovne delavce, katerih delo temelji na timskem pristopu.
